Description of Services
Dance Fam provides information about our dance events, allows users to fill out interest intake forms for special event requests, and reserve spots in our dance events.
Class Reservations
All reservations for dance events must be made through our online booking system or paid for in person at the event.
Reservations are subject to availability.
Dance Fam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events as necessary. In such cases, we will notify you via the contact information provided at the time of reservation.
Product Delivery/Shipping Policy: When you reserve your spot for a dance class through our website, the reservation details will be sent to Dance Fam to notify us of your booking. Upon arrival at the event, please check in with our staff to confirm your reservation. No physical products will be shipped to you, as the reservation pertains solely to your participation in the dance class.
Interest Forms
By filling out an interest form, you consent to be contacted by Dance Fam regarding your inquiry.
All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
Any communications made through our ‘contact,’ newsletter sign-up, or Interest forms, or directly to us through email is not confidential and is subject to viewing and distribution by third parties.

All reservations and payments for dance classes and events through Dance Fam are final. We do not offer refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances. This policy helps us manage our class sizes and ensures that spots are available for those who are committed to attending.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you believe that you have an extenuating circumstance that warrants a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to, medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events that prevent you from attending the class or event.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please send an email to jaelynn@dancefam.co with the following information:
Your Full Name: The name under which the reservation was made.
Reservation Details: The date and time of the class or event for which you made a reservation.
Reason for Refund Request: A detailed explanation of the extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending.
Refund Decision
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider the details of your situation and determine whether a refund is warranted. You will be notified of our decision via email within 5 business days. Please note that our decision is final.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts.
Failure to attend the class or event without prior notice.
